夕焼けに染まる中津川。溶きかけの雪がキラキラして、ランニングしながら冷たい空気を吸っていく。

あ～　最高。

＜15分後＞　溶きかけの雪の上に滑って転ぶ。

あ～　この野郎！！

(やっぱ外で走ることが早かったかな。）
It was just beautiful by the river tonight as I went for a run. The sunset was gorgeous, the air was crisp and clean, and the ice was starting to melt. Awesome!

And then 15 minutes later I promptly slipped and fell on that ice haha.  I guess it’s still a little too early to be running outside..
